Upon pressure testing, if the radiator is found to be weak and unable to hold up under manufacturer’s recommended pressure or has been damaged beyond repair, a new core will be recommended.
Rebuilt
Rebuilt is when a radiator requires total cleaning and reconstruction which includes: cleaning, reinforcing, testing, repairing and repainting. This service includes a standard warranty.
Rod Out
A common procedure to unclog a blocked radiator is to insert a steel rod tool through every tube on the core to ensure unrestricted water flow. Afterwhich, the radiator is assembled, pressure tested, inspected and repaired as needed. Lastly, the radiator is painted.
Steam Clean
Steam clean is a process to further remove dirt, oil and grease and grift from your radiator internally and externally.
Flush
The radiator is cleaned internally using a high pressure jet.
Radiator Pressure Test
A pressure test is needed to ensure that the radiator is able to hold up to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.
